Abstract:
I am using calcium imaging techniques to explore how dopamine systems modulate amygdala networks. This will help to get a deeper understanding of the role on the acquisition as well as the expression of affective memory and conditioned behaviour.
Techniques:
In vivo Calcium Imaging, Dopamine Sensors, Histology, Behavior, Fear and Reward Conditioning, IntelliCage, Stereotaxic Injections.
